No, you don’t need to have an account, you can make purchases as visitor but if you generate one you will be able to see your profile and history in the site.

We ship only to USA and Canada with Argentinean National Postal Service (Correo Argentino).  We eventually take orders from Europe in specific time frame that will be opportunely advertised in our site and social media.

Orders are dispatched within 72 hours after your purchase. You should calculate shipping time according with your location. Shipping may vary acording to your location. Remember that we only ship to USA and Canada with Argentinean National Post Service ( Correo Argentino). Your shipping may take between 10 days to a month average. You will be provided with a tracking number in order to follow your order.

Changes

If you are not satisfied with your order please contact me within 10 days after receiving your order to [email protected].

Customers with items that are lost or damaged in transit will be given a replacement of the same item. You should contact me within 48hs of receiving your order. I wont accept returns for damaged items after this time.

We do not accept changes of make refunds that do not match the criteria above mentioned.

All my works are done with the finest porcelain, which is very resistant. Nevertheless you should protect them from hits and falls. Gold luster is a thin layer of gold on top of glass similar to a metal filling and should be protected from scratches; when you are not using it protect it with the cloth bag it comes with. If you want to clean it just use a soft sponge white soap and water. Silver sterling pieces a subject to natural silver oxidation. To prolongate its white look keep your silver piece in its plastic bag when not using it. Since it is pure silver you can also clean it with any metal cleaner and a cloth.
